To Whom It May Concern:

Following my mother’s passing in July of 2010,and after over 60 years in the family, I made the difficult decision to sell the family home. My attorney in Virginia solicited the assistance of a real estate agent in VA, who did her due diligence in finding Jack Mangra of REMAX Properties to sell my mother’s Briarwood, NY residence.

Suffice it to say that I was extremely nervous about having the property handled long distance, by someone I did not know. My concerns, however, were quickly turned into the highest praise for Jack’s professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail and sheer determination to get the property brought into good order and quickly sold. Jack took matters into his own hand, made sure that the property got excellent exposure, oversaw needed repairs, dealt with a very difficult tenant, and negotiated a final sales price that was $11,000 HIGHER than the listed price of the property. He was wonderful, and took care of every detail (especially some requirements that are unique to New York State that I didn’t even know about) quickly, and completely correctly. All this, while sporting a fever and the flu too!

Both my Virginia attorney and real estate agent also echoed nothing but the highest praises for Jack’s efforts on my behalf. They deal with real estate matters a lot more often than I do, and they were unanimous that Jack was a pleasure to work with, especially in a long distance situation, where the laws of two states were involved. If you are looking for a real estate agent to handle your affairs, I wholeheartedly recommend Jack Mangra, a man I have never met, but whose work speaks for itself.
